Pamela is a marriage and family therapist for over 20 years.
She began teaching mindfulness meditation when working with adoloscents in an PHP setting and found the impact it had on decreasing their stress.
She then began teaching at Refresh Your Soul in Franklin for over 10 years and has moved the location to Mystic!!
